Blackhawk member and ski jumper Estella Hassrick represented the United States at the Youth Olympic Games in South Korea in January 2024. She earned her spot by scoring the combined highest number of points at a qualifying competition in Steamboat Springs, CO with jumps of 93.5 and 96 meters. Hassrick competed with 1,900 other athletes from across the globe in her second season as a member of the Women’s U.S. Ski Jumping Development Team. Now competing on a national and international level, Hassrick trains and competes with the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club.
