Scholarship Guidelines 

Membership is required to participate in all activities at Blackhawk Ski Club. Yearly membership purchases ensure financial stability of the club. However, it is our mission to foster a lifelong love of the outdoors through engaging in Olympic sports. In some circumstances, our membership fees and program fees create a barrier to families joining the club. Therefore, we offer membership scholarships to help offset the cost of engaging in club activities.

Types of Scholarships offered:

1. Family memberships (full access, limited access, mountain bike/hike access)

2. Student memberships (full access, limited access, mountain bike/hike access)

3. Individual memberships (full access, limited access, mountain bike/hike access)

4. Program Scholarships (scholarships must be renewed annually)

Scholarship process:

Scholarship requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis beginning September 1 and concluding December 1 for the winter season.

• Create a membership profile in Ski Club Pro (https://blackhawk.skiclubpro.team/user/register)

• Fill out Scholarship Request Form and submit no later than December 1.

• Executive committee reviews requests on a bi-weekly basis. Contact will be made via email for further information needed and/or decision of the committee.
