Update (as of 9:00pm on 12/17/20): We are making snow!  With the additional snow tonight and into tomorrow morning, we are confident we can open hills 0, 1 and 2 for open skiing this weekend!

Members who are waiting for the open ski & snowboard sign up, this message is for you!

What a week!  After a surprisingly heavy snowfall during lessons on Saturday, we began to make snow on Sunday when a sensor in our pump broke.  The replacement part arrived today and we are hoping to have a good snowmaking run the next couple of nights.  If all goes well, hills 0, 1 and 2 will be open this weekend!  This is subject to change, so stay tuned. We could use more volunteers in our snowmaking crew.  If you are available, please email  In the meantime, you can familiarize yourself with our new sign-up system.  This will help us keep our facility safer by limiting the numbers of skiers in order to facilitate social distancing.

We hope to begin open skiing and snowboarding this Saturday, December 19th. As we mentioned in our November newsletter, there is an online sign up. The sign up for open skiing and snowboarding the week of Saturday (Dec 19) - Thursday (Dec 24) starts Friday, December 18 at 12pm.

We know everyone is excited to get on the snow, please follow these guidelines when signing up for spots.

  • There is no limit on the number of days members can sign up for, however there is a maximum of 2 hours per day.

  • Register youth members only. Parents, Individual and Add-a-Grandparents may accompany youth or ski on their own without a separate sign-up. Private lessons do not need to reserve a spot.

  • No guests or day passes are available, we are a member only hill.

  • Trail conditions are up-to-date. Open skiing and snowboarding hours are listed on the website

We appreciate your patience this season, we are juggling warm weather that makes snowmaking difficult and opening during a pandemic, something none of us ever imagined. We ask that you extend our all-volunteer led club a bit of grace until we get in the swing of things. Our top priority is member safety and we can’t do that without enough snow, proper grooming, and adequate health safety measures in place.

As a reminder, the Chalets will remain closed. Please change into your gear in your vehicle and plan to store all personal items there.

Please stay home if you are sick or quarantined or in isolation. Stay physically distant from anyone outside your immediate family. Wear a mask where physical distancing cannot be maintained. Avoid gatherings when possible. You can take the self health assessment and review the club's Covid-19 Precautions here

See you on the snow!
